Patter Productions is a brand-new theatrical company dedicated to creating first-class theatre made in Scotland and shared with audiences around the world. Founded by Reece Donnelly and Gayle Telfer Stevens, the company is built on a shared drive to create bold, entertaining work that actually connects with audiences.

THE WIZARD WAE THE BIG BAWZ
Our debut production kicked things off with a bang - a bold, hilarious twist on a classic story that toured across Scotland.
Starring Sanjeev Kohli in the title role, alongside Gayle Telfer Stevens as the Wicked Bitch Stinking of Pish and Cherry West as Glinda the Good, the show delivered exactly what audiences came for - big laughs, big characters, and pure patter.
Returning in 2027 — bigger, bolder, and back on the road.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
REECE DONNELLY
Reece Donnelly is a producer, presenter, and founder from Scotland, known for his work across BBC, ITV, Shed Productions, and more.
He is the founder of the Theatre School of Scotland and Theatre College of Scotland — the country’s leading full-time drama school — and has built a reputation for developing talent and producing work that connects with modern audiences.
As a theatrical producer, Reece has worked across stage, television, film, and music videos, and is most notably the regular producer of the SEC Pantomime, delivering an annual sell-out run at the iconic Scottish Exhibition Centre.
Bringing a modern edge to theatre, Reece focuses on creating patter-heavy, sell-out shows that audiences genuinely want to see.
GAYLE TEFLER STEVENS
Gayle Telfer Stevens is an esteemed actor, producer and writer. Making her mark within comedy tv and stage.
An Olivier Award winner, Gayle is best known for being a funny wummin, as well as for her iconic portrayal of Caitlin McLean BBC’s in River City. With a career spanning television, theatre, and live performance, she is known for her exceptional comedic timing, sharp character work, and natural connection with audiences.
